I called 4 bike shops in Chicagoland and most people never even took their time to listen to what I exactly was looking for. They wanted me to come down and test drive. When I called Becky’s Bikes I spoke to Christian, he took his time explaining the different types of bikes, and with his extreme knowledge and passion for bikes in a matter of 3 minutes on a phone, I had my wife’s bike picked that she now loves. I also got a chance to meet the owner of the shop, a very nice gentleman that treats his employees like family. Even though this place is far from where I live, it was worth the drive.
