Refund/Returns/Warranty Policy

Becky’s Bikes Limited Warranty

• Becky’s Bikes warrants that all new Becky’s Branded E-Bikes and their covered components are warranted against manufacturer defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
• The covered components are: Bike Frame, Motor, Battery, Display Console, Controller, and Wiring Harness.
• If a claim for a defective part is found during the warranty period, the customer must notify Becky’s Bikes Immediately.
• This warranty is void if the damage is the result of accidents, misuse, neglect, abuse, alterations or modifications, improper assembly, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, or improper maintenance. At no time should a person under the age of 18 be allowed to operate or ride an E-bike under any circumstances. At no time should more than one rider of any combined weight attempt to ride a single e-bike with or without modification.
• Battery is not warranted if it is damaged by an Improper charger, power surges, normal wear, or improper installation.
• All other brands sold by Becky’s Bikes are warranted by their respective manufacturer.

Becky’s E-Bike Return Policy

• All E-Bikes must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• There must be no more than 10 miles on the Odometer.
• The Bike must be in like new condition absent of dirt, dust, scratches, or odors.
• The Bike must be in the same package with the same packaging including all cardboard, foam, or bubble wrap.
• The charger, keys, & hardware must all be in the box.
• A 20% or more restocking fee will be charged if any of these conditions are not met, the customer is responsible for all shipping & handling charges of return of E-Bike.
• If the Bike was delivered for the “free freight” offer by promotion, all promotional shipping charges will be deducted from the return amount.
• Refunds will be made typically 7 days after receipt of the returned Bike.

Becky’s Bikes Parts Return Policy

• All parts must be returned in the original packaging with tags within 7 days of delivery
• Parts will not be accepted if they have been installed, do not have the original packaging, or appear to be in used condition.
• A 10% restocking fee applies to parts returned.
• The buyer will pay shipping and handling charges for all returned parts to Becky’s Bikes.
• We do ship to Alaska / Hawaii but all shipping prices to the address are TBD
• We do not ship to P.O boxes
• If you receive any products with any damages please contact us immediately at contact@beckysbikes.com or by phone at (815) 459-4990 
• If you receive an item in error, please contact us immediately at contact@beckysbikes.com or by phone at (815) 459-4990 with your invoice number to proceed with your return.
• Typically, Most orders will ship within 3 business days. We will notify you by email if an item ordered is not in stock or has been discontinued. We Ship from Crystal Lake, IL.
• All merchandise ordered must be shipped to the same billing address as the credit card or PayPal account being used.
